Manage your flows
Find a flow on the Flows page, sort and narrow the list, pin, rename, duplicate or delete a flow, and set its tags, alerts and run history.
Steps
Open Flows
Open Flows. The table lists every flow with its Trigger, Version, Last run, Authors and Edited, pinned flows first.

Find a flow
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search flows… | Searches names and descriptions. / jumps there. |
| The tabs | All flows, On Prod, Not deployed anywhere yet, or Failing. |
| Trigger | Only the flows one trigger starts, or Started by hand. |
| Sort flows | Edited, Flow, Trigger, Version, Last 14 days or Last run. |

Use the row's menu
Open the ⋯ at the end of a flow's row. Rename lets you type the new name in place; Duplicate makes a copy named Copy of and the flow's name.

Delete… asks first, then stops the flow's webhooks and schedules at once and cancels its runs that are going. Its run history stays until its retention runs out; support can restore the flow within 30 days.
Change the flow's settings
Choose Settings… in the same menu, or in the editor's flow menu, and click Save when done.
| Tab | What it sets |
|---|---|
| General | Name, a Description search finds, tags with Add a tag…, and under When it fails who hears of a failed run on Prod. |
| Inputs | What another flow hands this one: see Call another flow. |
| Advanced, Running | Runs at the same time caps published runs going at once; When the limit is reached: Wait in line or Skip the new run. Editor runs are never held back. |
| Advanced, History | Keep runs and Keep failed runs: how long runs are kept, up to your plan's limit. |

If it did not work
- Search finds nothing. It looks at names and descriptions only. Check that All flows is on, and that Trigger shows all triggers.
