Sign up and sign in
Accept your invitation to Flowmage, verify your email address, add a second sign-in step, and sign in again later with a password, passkey, Microsoft or Google.
Steps
Open the invitation
Click the link in the email "You've been invited to … on Flowmage". You've been invited shows the address it is for.
Create your account
Click Create an account, fill in Name, the invited Email and a Password of at least 10 characters, and click Create account. Or use Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google.
Verify your email address
On Check your inbox, click the link in the email within 24 hours (Resend email sends another). You are signed in and back at your invitation.
Accept the invitation
Check the organization, who invited you and your role. Click Accept invitation, then Begin on Welcome to your organization.
Add a second sign-in step
On Protect your account, pick Passkey, Authenticator or Email codes and follow its steps. Save the backup codes, then click I saved them — continue. Required with a password; skipped with Microsoft or Google.
Sign in next time
Sign in with Email and Password, Continue with Microsoft, Continue with Google or Sign in with a passkey.
If it did not work

| "Flowmage is invite-only right now." | That address has no invitation. Use your invitation's link, or ask an organization admin to invite this address. |
| "Invitation not found" | The link lost part of its address. Open it from the email again. |
| "This invitation can't be used" | It expired, was withdrawn, or is for another address. Click Sign in with another account and use the invited address, or ask an admin for a new one. |
| "Verify your email address first — check your inbox for the link." | Click the link in the email from step 3. |
| "That link no longer works" | The verification link expired or was used. Ask for a new one on that page. |
| "Invalid email or password." | Check the address, or click Forgot password?, then Send reset link. The reset link works once, within 1 hour. |
