A tour of Flowmage
Find your way around Flowmage, from the sidebar and Home to the search, the workspace switcher and the switch between Test and Prod.
Why it matters
Every screen has the same frame: the sidebar, the top bar and the page. The frame shows which workspace and environment you are in, and those decide which flows, runs and rows you see.

How it works
The sidebar
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Test and Prod | Sets the environment you look at. Prod's runs and rows are kept apart from Test's. See Test and Prod. |
| Workspace | Home, Flows, Runs, Approvals, Alerts and Triggers, with counts of flows, failed runs and open approvals. |
| Storage | Tables, Schemas and Files. |
| Manage | Connections, Secrets for workspace admins, and Settings. |
| The usage tile | Your organization's tasks this month, on Prod and Test. Opens Usage. |
| The version | The Flowmage version, with What's new beside it. |
The top bar
-
The names at the left: organization, workspace, page. Click the workspace to switch workspace; admins also find Workspace settings, Members and Usage there. Click the organization to switch or Manage organizations.

-
Search jumps to a page or opens a flow by name. Its shortcut is beside it.

-
Your picture opens Settings, Help, Help & support, Switch to Flowmage classic, the theme (Light, Dark or System) and Sign out, plus Organization for organization owners and admins.

Home
Home shows what waits on you, most urgent first: approvals to answer, flows that keep failing, connections that stopped working. With nothing waiting, it offers Flows, Runs and Triggers.
An example
To open a flow called Order import, type its name in Search, or find it under Flows.
Limits
- The editor needs a wide screen: on a phone a flow shows Flowmage needs a desktop. Other screens work there.
- Your role sets what you see: Secrets and workspace settings are for workspace admins, Organization for organization owners and admins.
