Run a flow on a schedule
Give a flow a schedule so it runs by itself at the times you set, such as every weekday at 09:00, in your workspace's timezone.
Steps
Open New trigger
On the flow's Triggers tab, click New trigger… (under Add trigger once the flow has a trigger).

Choose when it runs
Click Schedule. Under Schedule, pick Every hour, Every day at, Weekdays at, Every week on, Every month on or Custom cron, and set the time. Next occurrences lists the coming runs in your workspace's timezone. Add a Name and click Create and add.

Write your own pattern
Custom cron takes five fields, minute first: 0 9 * * 1-5 is every weekday at 09:00. Try one

Publish the flow
In the editor, click Publish, then Put on Test. The schedule now starts the Test version at its times. To start it on Prod, see Test and Prod.

If it did not work
- The schedule's page says Not published. The flow has no version in the schedule's environment. Publish it.
- The flow ran an hour early or late. Check the Workspace timezone under Settings; it is shown beside Next occurrences.
- A time passed and nothing ran. A time that cannot start its run is skipped, not run later. Check that neither the schedule nor the flow is paused, and that the flow is published.
