Setting	What it is
ConnectionRequired	The Freshdesk connection the step signs in with.
QueryRequired	Freshdesk searches on agent_id, group_id, priority, status, type, tag, due_by, fr_due_by, created_at, updated_at, closed_at and any custom field by name. It understands AND, OR, brackets, :, :> and :<, and the word null. A query may be 512 characters and answers at most 10 pages of 30.
Fetch every page	Freshdesk stops at 10 pages of 30 results, whatever you set below.
Pages at most	1 to 10.
Cursor	Paste a previous run's Next cursor to read the page after it.
