Reads every Zendesk ticket created or changed since a moment.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| ConnectionRequired | The Zendesk connection the step signs in with. |
| Changed since | An ISO 8601 moment or the number of seconds since 1970. Keep it at least a minute in the past: Zendesk indexes a change a moment after it happens, and a start time on the second loses the changes still being written. |
| Continue from | The value the previous run answered. Fill it in and Changed since is ignored — this is how a sync picks up exactly where it left off. |
| Leave out deleted tickets | true/false |
| Also fetch | Comma-separated related records. This endpoint does NOT accept last_audits, however much the other ticket reads do. |
| Pages per run | Each page holds up to 1,000 tickets, a run stops at 5,000, and Zendesk allows 10 of these calls a minute (30 with the High Volume add-on). When the run stops before the end, use the cursor it answers to continue. The same ticket can come back on two pages, so whatever reads this has to tolerate seeing one twice. |
