Creates a Zendesk organization, or updates the one that matches.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| ConnectionRequired | The Zendesk connection the step signs in with. |
| NameRequired | Matched exactly when there is no external id, so a changed name creates a second organization. Zendesk accepts at most five changes a minute for one organization. |
| Your own id | Matched before the name — the safest way to keep one company one. |
| E-mail domains | Comma-separated. Anyone writing in from one of these domains is added to this organization automatically. |

| Default group id | New tickets from this organization land with this group. |
| Tags | Comma-separated. |
| Custom fields | Keyed by the field's KEY, not by a number — you find it under Admin Center → People → Organization fields. |
