Settings
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| ConnectionRequired | The Zendesk connection the step signs in with. |
| Ticket idRequired | text |
| CommentRequired | Zendesk silently cuts a comment off past 64 kB, and a ticket holds 5,000. |
| Comment format | "text" or "html" |
| Visible to the customer | Off writes an internal note only agents see, and sends nobody an e-mail. |
| Author id | The agent the comment is written by. Left empty, it is the user this connection's OAuth client belongs to. |
| Set the status too | Answer and solve in one step — the most common pair. |
| Attachment tokens | Comma-separated values from the Upload attachment node. One expires 60 minutes after the upload. |
| E-mail CCs | Needs CCs and followers switched on in Zendesk. |
