Builds the HTML a template produces, without sending anything.
Settings

| ConnectionRequired | The Mailchimp Transactional connection the step signs in with. |
| Template slugRequired | The template's immutable slug — the List templates node answers it. |
| Editable regions | One row per mc:edit region: the key is the region's name, the value the HTML that goes into it. |
| Merge values | *|NAME|* in the template is replaced by the value here. |
