Create template
BetaChanges data
Adds a new template to the account under a name you choose.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| ConnectionRequired | The Mailchimp Transactional connection the step signs in with. |
| Template nameRequired | Must be unique on the account — Mailchimp refuses a second template by the same name. The slug the send nodes use is derived from it and never changes afterwards. |
| Default subject | text |
| Default from address | text |
| Default from name | text |
| HTML | Mark the editable parts with mc:edit="name" — those names are the Editable regions the send node fills in. |
| Plain text | text |
| Labels | Comma-separated, at most 10. |
| Publish it straight away | Off saves the draft only, and the send nodes keep using the published version. |
