Send email

BetaChanges dataVersion 2

Sends an email with a subject, a message and files you attach — from Flowmage, or from your own Amazon SES account.

Settings

SettingWhat it is
SES accountLeave empty to send from Flowmage. Pick a connection to send from your own SES account and your own address.
FromThe verified SES identity to send as, e.g. Flowmage <hello@yourcompany.com>.
ToRequiredAt most 25 recipients across To, Cc and Bcc (SES allows 50). For a list from upstream, use {{ join(trigger.recipients, ", ") }}.
Cctext
Bcctext
Reply totext
SubjectRequiredtext
BodyRequiredPlain text by default, {{ }} expressions welcome. In HTML mode write the markup itself — nothing is escaped or rewritten, and a mail with HTML only is what leaves (add a text-only branch if you need both parts). With no connection, the mail goes from Flowmage's own address.
Body formatPlain text is safer and readable everywhere; HTML is sent exactly as written. No text part is derived from HTML.
AttachmentsFile name → content — use {{ file("report.pdf").base64 }} as the value. Up to 7 MB of attachments in total.

Errors

When a step of this node stops a run, the run page shows a code. Look it up:

Example step

The step as a flow file holds it. Replace each value in <…>.

Older versions

A flow that already has this version keeps running it. A new step always gets the newest.
