MessageBirdAdd contacts to a group

Puts contacts into a group so one send reaches all of them.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |

| ConnectionRequired | The MessageBird connection the step signs in with. |
| Group idRequired | The group to add to. The List groups node gives you the ids. |
| Contact idsRequired | Contact ids separated by commas. MessageBird takes 50 at a time, so a longer list is sent in several calls — at most 500 in one run. |
