Removes Microsoft 365 licenses from a person, freeing those seats for someone else.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |

| ConnectionRequired | The Microsoft Graph connection the step signs in with. |
| UserRequired | A user's object id, or their sign-in address. |
| Licenses to removeRequired | SKU ids, comma-separated. A license the person has through a group stays; remove them from the group instead. |
