List SharePoint list items
BetaReads data
Lists the rows of a SharePoint list, with the columns you choose.
Settings
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| ConnectionRequired | The Microsoft Graph connection the step signs in with. |
| Site idRequired | The id Get SharePoint site answered — host name, site GUID and web GUID. |
| ListRequired | The list's id, or its title. |
| Columns | Internal column names, comma-separated — a space is _x0020_. Leave empty for every column. |
| Filter | Filters best on an indexed column, and on one indexed column at a time. |
| Allow filters on columns that are not indexed | Without an index SharePoint scans the whole list, and on a large list it may refuse the read at random — index the column for a read that always works. |
| Items per call | 1 to 999. |
| Fetch every page | Follows Graph's own next-page link. |
| Stop after | Pages — at most 50. |
| Cursor | Paste a previous run's Next cursor to read the page after it. |
