| File nameRequired | The name Carerix stores and offers the document under, extension included. |
| Contents (base64)Required | The file itself, as base64 — {{ file("cv.pdf").base64 }} from the file store, or the output of the Download attachment node. Carerix accepts 10 MB per request and base64 is a third wider than the bytes, so anything over 7 MB is refused here. |
| Label | What Carerix shows the document as. Empty uses the file name. |
| Owner id | text |
| Document type code | The code of the Carerix document type, looked up by code rather than by id — for example cv or contract. |
| Other fields | Any other CRAttachmentRequest field, by name — docs.carerix.io/graphql has the full list. Dates are yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss in Amsterdam time, and a list value is set by its code with a _lookup. |
| List-value language | Which language Carerix answers its list values (statuses, types, results) in. It does not translate the data. |
