Opens a new vacancy in Carerix for one of your client companies.

| Owner id | The Carerix user who owns the vacancy. The List users node answers one. |
| Vacancy number | Your own reference. Leave it empty and Carerix numbers the vacancy itself. |
| Starts | Carerix dates are yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss in Amsterdam time, never ISO-8601. |
