Creates an ActiveCampaign contact, or updates the one with this e-mail address.
Settings

| Welcome autoresponder | ActiveCampaign rejects a call that asks for both, so only the choice you make here is sent. |
| Account name | Links the contact to this CRM account. Account names are unique in ActiveCampaign. |
| Create the account when it does not exist | true/false |
| Opt-in IP address | The address the person opted in from. ActiveCampaign accepts IPv4 only. |
