Adds an ActiveCampaign contact and refuses when the e-mail address is already known.
Settings

| Allow a contact without an e-mail address | ActiveCampaign requires an e-mail address unless this is on. A contact without one can only be reached by phone. |

| Account name | Links the contact to this CRM account. Account names are unique there. |
| Create the account when it does not exist | true/false |
| Opt-in IP address | The address the person opted in from. ActiveCampaign accepts IPv4 only. |
