TOPDESK_AUTH
The login name, the application password or its expiry is wrong.
TOPdesk rejected the connection.
TOPDESK_FIELD_TOO_LONG
Shorten it.
The brief description is over TOPdesk's 80-character maximum.
TOPDESK_FILE_INVALID
Paste the file's base64.
The file contents are empty or not base64.
TOPDESK_FILE_TOO_LARGE
Fetch it outside the flow, or raise the run's limit.
The file is larger than a run can carry.
TOPDESK_FORBIDDEN
The operator needs API Access > REST API, or the call is outside their filters.
TOPdesk refused the request.
TOPDESK_INSECURE_ORIGIN
Fix it under Manage → Connections.
A TOPdesk connection must use https.
TOPDESK_INVALID_ORIGIN
Fix it under Manage → Connections.
The TOPdesk address is not a valid hostname.
TOPDESK_INVALID_REQUEST
Drop-down values must match the spelling TOPdesk uses.
TOPdesk refused the request.
TOPDESK_INVALID_RESPONSE
Check the address.
TOPdesk answered something that is not JSON.
TOPDESK_NOT_FOUND
TOPdesk has no call, person or attachment by that id.
TOPDESK_REQUEST
Its own reason is in the detail.
TOPdesk refused the request.
TOPDESK_RESPONSE_TOO_LARGE
Ask for fewer fields, or a smaller page.
TOPdesk answered more data than a run can parse.
TOPDESK_TENANT_NOT_FOUND
Check the address under Manage → Connections.
TOPdesk answered a web page instead of data.
TOPDESK_THROTTLED
The run will need to be spread out.
TOPdesk is throttling this workspace.
TOPDESK_TOO_MANY_RESULTS
Narrow the query, or page the request.
TOPdesk returned more rows than a run can carry.
TOPDESK_UNAVAILABLE
Try again once it is back.
TOPdesk could not be reached.
TOPDESK_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION
This TOPdesk may be too old for the API version.
TOPdesk refused the response format.
